Machine modernization and Systems integration: coming soon

Machine modernization is a control-only panel planned for up to four pumps. Systems integration will connect up to four analytical parameters with instruments and dosing pumps. Both products are under development.

Start with the process.

Identify the variable to control, manual tasks, operating sequences and stop conditions. Existing field signals, instruments and interfaces guide the architecture before hardware is chosen.

From requirement to validation.

The project may combine controllers, panels, logic and interfaces. We agree on scope and acceptance criteria, validate expected behavior and document the application. Retrofit requirements depend on the condition of the existing machine.

Make room for future development.

Remote monitoring can complement control where compatible signals and a clear purpose exist. Repeated needs may support a product development discussion. This page describes project capabilities, not a ready-made automation product catalog.
